If this can be fixed in the settings, then tell me where and how.
Its a bug and its random we have no idea why it happens :D You fix it by just going into the options and either resetting the settings orrrr changing the scale slider up a bit :)

Is customizing characters available in the demo or is it just locked to the preset characters already in the game?

Galaxy A15. The game lags a ridiculous amount from the moment I open it, almost everything crashes it.
Our game is super heavy on phones, the CPU and GPU struggle so its either one of those that is not strong enough for our game on your phone :/

Unfortunately, the game is too heavy for some mobiles, on mine it works on like 30fps
