We still have some GPU bottleneck issues on some devices, I think that's what you're experiencing. We don't have a solution yet but we're actively looking for one.

I downloaded the demo, but the screen is extremely buggy for my android, is it meant to be a shade of blue?

Hi! Are you on Windows? You should just unzip the file and run the executable.
If they're on the itch.io launcher, the file won't show up unless it's marked as a windows/etc. file.
